“Always Chasing Rainbows”

I am always chasing rainbows watching clouds drift by
My schemes end like my dreams all ending in the sky
Fellows look for sunshine
But I like the rain
Some fellows look for happiness
I only find pain

I have been running I've been running for so long
I run from all the people and I run from all their songs
I dance to the rainbows that never think I'm wrong
The rainbows that gladly dance along

The people that were singing are now all gone
I can still move on
I'll dance to the rainbow in the sky
I'll dance to the rainbows till the day that I die

I am always chasing rainbows watching clouds drift by
My schemes end like my dreams all ending in the sky
Fellows look for sunshine
But I like the rain
Some fellows look for happiness
I only find pain
Fellows look for happiness
I only find pain
